Art. Coffee. Dancing.
And maybe a little bit of cold wind. But that always adds a few fun bloopers to the gallery too (see example below). East Atlanta Village was something meaningful for this couple, so naturally it was a perfect location for their engagement session. With a bonus of so many interesting backdrops.
I knew we were a great fit after meeting with Jordan and her strong woman posse (her mother and grandmother). We chatted over a cup of coffee in Marietta Square, and I discovered how much these ladies rocked. I was so excited she and Eric chose to have me capture their wedding journey for them.
My favorite part of Jordan + Eric’s engagement session was their comfort to let loose and be themselves. We had so much fun goofing off, exploring the murals, and doing a little in between dancing.
I’m an absolute sucker for some pops of colors and large artwork walls. And East Atlanta Village had plenty to choose from. It almost felt like a Scavenger Hunt looking for the next one. We scored big at one wall connected to a local yoga business. This was where these two perfectly mimicked the yoga pose and dance move (hats off to those childhood dance lessons!). At the end, we finished with a (very much appreciated) warm cup of coffee from an East Atlanta Village local coffee shop.
I had a great time capturing Jordan + Eric’s winter East Atlanta Village engagement session. And look forward to capturing their big day later this fall in Marietta! Congratulations on your engagement.
