I connected with Elsie via phone after getting connected, chatting about their upcoming wedding. When discussing their engagement session, Piedmont Park seemed like the perfect backdrop. They spent many days there after all walking their pup, so it was almost like a second home. So a winter Piedmont Park engagement session it was!
We ended up doing their session on a Friday late afternoon, which was quite the win. We literally had the entire park to ourselves! Despite the crazy and chilly wind, this couple, along with their absolutely-adorable-and-attentive pup were ready to go. Here are some highlights from our winter Piedmont Park engagement session in Atlanta.
We started out in the Skyline area – and it was just so shocking how we had the park to ourselves. It was very windy, and their sweet pup was getting a little chilly. The remedy for this always means lots of warm hugs and kisses!
I enjoyed spending my afternoon learning more about these two, doing a little dancing and grabbing some shots of this absolutely adorable furbaby. I look forward to capturing this couple’s spring wedding in Atlanta!
